Only The Best

When your pet needs surgical treatment, we understand it can be frightening and overwhelming. Our priority at NVP is to make the process as comfortable as possible by answering all your questions. We do our best to ensure your pet’s safety by collecting pre-anesthetic bloodwork and a complete physical exam prior to undergoing surgery.  Should the surgeon have any concerns, they will contact you prior to proceeding.

During Surgery

During the procedure, staff will monitor your pet’s vital information including respiration rate, blood oxygenation, heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature. The patient will receive IV fluids during the procedure which helps to support their organs and blood pressure. Post-op, your pet will be closely monitored by the veterinarian and technicians to ensure a safe, comfortable recovery.
